I’ve noticed a lot of people coming to the page, I assume it’s because they want to know more about the building and what’s happening. Mark McPherson has purchased the building. You can check out his page or follow Otsego Main Street for updates on 113 north farmer.

If you haven’t noticed the ‘for sale’ sign in Dougies window, it is for sale. Soon it will have a new owner and I’m sure it will once again be serving great food and drinks.

If anyone has wondered where I have been, I have moved around a little bit working for a few different companies but I finally found a home working with a great group of people at American Brewers and Norse Nectar out of the Kalamazoo area. They have recently come under new ownership and management but their products are by far some of the best I’ve ever had. They know their meads.

So where do I fit in?

I’m covering a 10 county area for them from Grand Rapids and to the north but I will also have a few customers around the local Otsego area. So if you aren’t familiar with Confliction Meads or Brewery Outre, check with your local retailer and if they don’t have it, let me know and we’ll make sure they are fully stocked. They will have some special releases coming out soon so friend me on my personal page to be in the know.

Thanks again for everyone’s support of Dougies and I hope you continue to follow me on this new venture with an awesome Michigan company.

You can still get your own supply of awesome locally raised beef all year long right here in Martin, Mi from Black Hide Beef

Whether it's a few pounds or a whole steer, they will take great care of you. They should even have some our custom ground beef left that we solely used for our burgers, just make sure to ask for it.

It won't last long so hurry!
