Meet Tim. ❤️🍔

Tim is the owner of Harley Jacks Burgers & Brews in Ossipee, New Hampshire, and we had the chance to stop in, spend time with him, and experience the burger that was voted New Hampshire’s Best Burger of 2025.

But what stood out even more than the food was the man behind it all.

Tim is a hardworking dad who built Harley Jack’s with his own two hands. The windows, the floors, the details throughout the restaurant, all of it carries his fingerprints and his work ethic. You can feel the pride, sacrifice, and dedication poured into every inch of the place.

This is more than a burger spot. It’s the result of years of hard work, long nights, and believing in something enough to build it from the ground up.
