Hello Facebook Friends of Brooklyn Grill,
It`s been almost a year since we had to close our doors, and boy what a year it has been! Here’s a little update on what`s been going on in our lives. First; we had an addition to our family; another little boy, making that 5 grandchildren. They are the joys of our lives and they’ve been keeping us very busy. Dave
started working in the kitchen at Waterford senior living. Then of course Covid hit and put a halt to all normalcy. As most of you know, he struggled with getting around; so finally we decided to take care of him and had both knees replaced at separate times. He is still recouping from that. As for me, I started
working at Gabe`s Wisconsin K+T Bartending, serving and have enjoyed seeing a lot of my customers from Brooklyn. I thought it would be nice to reconnect with customers by offering a Drink Special to anyone who happens to have the Tommy Gun tokens that we used for Happy Hour. So; in talking with my Awesome Boss, Steve; at Gabe`s he`s agreed to honor the Tommy Gun tokens on Tuesday Evenings while I am Bartending.
