-1st is our one of a kind root beer, aged two years with bourbon barrel chips. -Last but certainly not least, is our world famous Apple pie. Aged one year, to allow these layers of flavor to perfectly cultivate themselves. The Aging process on this one definitely brought out the distinct layers, once you try this one you’ll never go back to the others!

We’re back baby!! If you didn’t see our post from yesterday talking about our AMAZING new aged offerings, that’s ok because WE HAVE SO MUCH MORE TO ADD!!! (Definitely take a glance at the ones from yesterday’s post though)

Introducing our newest variation on our historic Limoncello, this one might be better in all ways!!

Starting with fresh lemons (like, OMG so many), we added the perfect amount of vanilla bean purée, our top secret sugar blend and verbena flowers to culminate perfectly for the most INCREDIBLE lemon moonshine you’ve ever had!

Hey everyone!! It’s been a hot minute! We never went away, we just stepped back into the lab to figure out how to make the most amazing product for you guys!

About a year ago, we faced two significant problems.
The first, was that we were barely able to keep up with the supply that you guys were asking (an AMAZING problem to have, fyi)

The second, was we wanted to figure out how to bring an elevated product to our customers? There’s a million people that make apple pie, what could we do to separate ourselves and take us to the next level?

The solution came up with? We needed to age all of our inventory in oak chips! So here it is, available for the first time ever………..

Root Beer (Aged Two Years) :
The legendary recipe returns, and somehow was made more incredible by letting at age for two years! Using all fresh ingredients (including sasparilla root) and vanilla bean purée, this is our most distinct and bold offering to date. Enjoyed in a snifter over ice this is truly a gentleman‘s drink.

Apple Pie (Aged one year)
What was already our best selling recipe, we’re hoping is made even more tremendous with this new process. The biggest difference between our standard recipe and this new batch? Every single layer of the apple pie can be observed. From the crisp sweet apple at the front, to the spicy, cinnamon and nutmeg all the way through the buttery vanilla finish.

WHAT THE WHAT?!?! Hear ye hear ye, everyone near and far gather around! This is not a drill! After a long and lonely hiatus (we missed you SO MUCH!) we are back and better than ever!

Starting off our new beginning is our world famous lemoncello, with a couple slight tweaks from before to make it even better! Starting off subtle and finishing sweet and tart (with traces of vanilla bean) this summer drink will have you looking forward to coming home and sitting around a campfire with friends, or finding any excuse to just be outside!

Next up is our universal best seller of all time, Orange Creamsicle! In the five years that we have been making pie, nothing has sold as aggressively as this! We started with our traditional recipe, and after a few adjustments, we think this could be the best batch we’ve ever made! This one starts out with citrus, blends into a smooth vanilla flavor, and finishes strong and boozy!

Rounding out the inventory is our “Once a year root beer”. Aged a minimum of three months, this batch is selling like hotcakes! A very complex flavor profile encompassing many layers traditional to both root beer and cream soda, this is one you would traditionally drink the same way you would drink whiskey. Easily, our “strongest” choice, get yours today before we are all out! Like the name says, we only make this once a year!

Using all local ingredients, and our top secret house sugar blend, we have created the perfect balance of crisp apple and savory caramel, with an amazing spice finish. It’s perfect for curling up under a warm blanket on a cool fall day, while watching the leaves fall from the turning trees. Also, for those of you that just cannot let summer go, we also made another batch of our world-famous limoncello pie! Using hand squeezed lemons from our own Nutrition Discount Center on Main Street, there’s a reason that this is (and has been for sometime) our best seller year-round. HEYYYYYY YOUUUUUU GUYYYYSSSS!! It’s that time of year! SPRIIIIIING!! I know, I know it snowed out yesterday, but 80* days and sunshine are right around the corner! To celebrate (and appease Mother Nature, hopefully) we are releasing another pilot batch! Raspberry Pie!
