‼️WARNING: Super long post‼️

This week marks 13 years since opening our doors in Osceola. On September 17th, 2013, we opened at 11. At 10:30 people started rattling the doors. By 11:15, all 138 seats were full. And do you remember what happened next?

We flopped.

We had somehow underestimated how badly you wanted something new; something different. After all, it had been over a decade since a new restaurant had opened in town.

So we closed for a couple of days to figure it out. When we reopened we weren’t perfect, but we were better. And as time passed, we kept getting better.

And that’s been our basic philosophy ever since. Keep trying, keep making improvements - get better.

Through failures, burglary, more failures, Covid and construction, you’ve shown up for us and we’ve grown. We opened our second location in 2019, added online ordering in 2020, expanded into catering in 2021, and opened Off The Rails Catering & Events in 2025. All because of your support, and we cannot thank you enough.

But we’re not done. We’re bringing even more into downtown Osceola yet this year. The photo is the new kitchen coming together at our soon to be new restaurant location right next door. It may not look like much, but the amount of effort it has taken to get here has been unreal.

We’re excited to share with you all the changes we have in store when we finally get to move. For now, we’ll keep it to ourselves so you’ll be surprised. But believe us, it will be worth the wait.

Thank you all for sticking with us through the years. It means more to us than words can say. We can’t wait to give you the new restaurant space you deserve.
