Noble Hops is Tucson’s original gastropub, serving an ever-changing menu of craft beer and fine fare. Tucson natives and brothers, Aric Mussman and Josh Mussman, combined their love of hand-crafted food and beer for their third Tucson-area restaurant. They selected the perfect name for their new establishment--Noble Hops. Hops are the soul of beer and Noble Hops is a nod to an ancient group of respected European hops that are traditionally low in bitterness and high in aroma. Noble Hops offers a seasonal menu of high-quality, delicious food. The menu includes daily specials, soups and salads, small plates, burgers, hearty entrees, and homemade desserts. An impressive selection of more than 175 beers from around the world, including 28 on tap, changes daily. Noble Hops also offers kegs of house wine, bottles of fine wine, and a full bar. Featuring spectacular unobstructed views of Pusch Ridge and the Catalina Mountains, the centerpiece of Noble Hops is a unique 30-foot-long indoor/outdoor bar. A spacious 750 square foot patio is comfortable year-round with misters, a large gas fire pit and built-in heaters. There is seating at the indoor bar, plus an inviting lounge area and an intimate dining room that can be used for private parties. A large chalkboard wall is constantly updated with daily food and brew specials. Craft beer, fine fare, great service and stunning views. Noble Hops is the perfect place for lunch, dinner, happy hour, late-night and anytime in between!

Six years ago, as the world descended into chaos, our friends at Flying Leap Vineyards & Distillery were busy creating something extraordinary. They co-distilled grape spirits with blue corn low w**es, then aged the result two years in charred oak and another four in maple syrup barrels. Today, this remarkable spirit is developing beautifully, with luscious notes of maple frosting, banana, Corn Pops, and buttercream. Noble Hops is now proudly owned by Flying Leap, Southern Arizona's own producer of fine w**es and handcrafted spirits. Just one more reason we're proud to be part of the Flying Leap family!

🇩🇪 THE SCHWEINEHAXE IS HERE AT NOBLE HOPS! 🍺

Our Traditional Bavarian Schweinehaxe begins with a massive 3-pound, long-bone smoked ham hock, specially sourced from a German sausage maker in Phoenix. We slowly prepare it until beautifully tender, then finish it to develop that deep, rich exterior you see in the photo.

It's served as a true Bavarian feast with potato dumplings swimming in savory au jus and our house-made sauerkraut, slowly simmered with apples and juniper berries for that wonderful sweet, tangy, authentic Bavarian flavor.

And this thing is BIG. One Schweinehaxe is intended for two people to share. Pair it with one of our Oktoberfest Märzens, German la**rs or wheat b**rs and make a night of it. 🍻

Available only Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 4–8 PM.

We prepare these in limited quantities, so we're now taking Schweinehaxe reservations. Reserve yours ahead of time and we'll have one waiting for you.
