Was a pleasure to be on the Solar-Fit show! Had an amazing time talking about our story

Because we are blessed to have one right here in Ormond Beach! So here is what happened. My brother Keith, called me up the other day and said, "Hey Bill, you have got to experience this really cool restaurant called Ceviche 28 . It is amazing! Well, being the obedient brother that I am…I said awesome...and away we go! Man, am I ever glad we did! Once there, we had the pleasure of meeting Pedro Senior and Pedro Junior. I was so impressed with their gracious hospitality, and humble nature, that I invited them to be guests on our show. During the interview, both had an opportunity to share stories of where their businesses first started, and how each location has blossomed into a great culinary experience. If you are a long-time listener to our show, you know our principal focus is renewable energy utilization and the many benefits its usage provides. Both Pedros are enjoying solar power in their homes...which tells you a lot about their vision regarding energy independence and sustainability. My curiosity got the best of me, and somehow, the conversation evolved into the production of tequila. Pedro Sr. explained the process in great depth. I was fascinated by the amount of work required to produce a product loved by so many. It is hard to belive how a single Blue Agave plant can increase your ability to dance.🙂 Pedro Sr. grew up in Mexico and has always had a passion for creating businesses with a charming atmosphere and an assortment of delicious food choices. Pedro Junior is following in his dad's footsteps, bringing a technical and digital acumen that will propel their businesses well into the future.

We are beyond grateful to have had The Hughleys choose Ceviche 28 by Pedro's for their date night! There is nothing better than great food shared with the one you love and we are so honored we got to be a part of that memory. Hearing that everything was delicious and that our Tallarin Verde was phenomenal means the world to us. We also love that we were able to bring the Lomo Saltado experience right here to Ormond Beach.
