We are Central Florida’s craft bartending caterer specializing in everything from basic bar service to garden-to-glass creations for every occasion.

After living and working in the Orlando area since attending UCF together, founders Scott and Bryan wanted to see a better cocktail experience at local events. They saw a need for elevated bar services, focusing on bringing a fun and lively lounge experience to weddings, birthdays, fundraisers, and holidays.

Bitters & Bombs provides flexible services, whether you want signature cocktails with fresh ingredients or simply need someone knowledgable manning the beer and wine. We love a challenge, so let us know your dream bar service and we will work with you to make it happen!

Do you provide alcohol?

No, we do not provide your alcohol, but we will work with you and your tastes to curate your menu (whether that means developing signature cocktails or picking out a well-rounded range of classic drinks, beers, and wines). Then we take the load off your shoulders and create a list of all the alcohol you will need based on your menu and planned attendance. We will even pick up your order, confirm the inventory, and deliver it to your event! Anything leftover after the event is yours to take home (or return, based on the store’s policies).

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We also carry General Liability Insurance and a $1,000,000 Liquor Liability Policy.

What will you wear to my event?

Our standard uniform consists of khaki pants, black shoes, and our black button-down shirts. If you have other preferences for your event, please let us know.

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. The remainder of your balance must be paid in full no later than five business days before your event. You will receive a full refund if you cancel 60 days before your event. You will receive 50% of your deposit if you cancel more than 30 days before your event. Cancellations made within 30 days before your event do not qualify for a refund.
