Last Friday, Timucua welcomed 22 student composers, eight faculty composers, and two guest ensembles (seven musicians combined) to play their new music to a sold out crowd! The music was thrilling, evoking emotion out of the audience. We loved every minute of it! Thank you all. ☺️☺️💕💕

When conductor and trumpeter Benoit Glazer and his wife Elaine Corriveau relocated to Orlando, Florida for Cirque du Soleil's La Nouba, they quickly discovered that the area wasn't as culturally rich as their home in Montreal. They soon set out to create the live music community that they so missed....

🏛️ FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY: Join us as we close out our season with 3 distinct Greek plays with Sean Lake. These plays integrate the concept of “catharsis” which originated from Ancient Greek warriors acting out their traumas from war.

✍🏾 SUNDAY NIGHT: Join us for Simran Chugani farewell poetry reading before they move to Baltimore. Simran is a friend of Timucua and a face we will be sad to not see as often!
