It has been a great experience being able to highlight a fellow small business in our community.

The attention to detail we brought to this cocktail showcases the effort we allotted to this menu. Creating a drink with such complexity and our limited selections of wine and sake is the greatest feat of all.

More than anything, this collaboration taught us how meaningful it is to create something together that reflects both our roots and the city we’re proud to represent. Being able to pour our shared experiences into something people can taste and connect with made this menu feel deeply intentional. It wasn’t just about creating cocktails, it was about honoring our upbringing, our bond as siblings, and the community that continues to inspire us.

The Orlando collaboration menu was an incredible opportunity to reach out and form new connections with businesses around our community. Working together offered new perspectives in cocktail making, along with fresh techniques for balancing local spirits. I felt honored to help showcase a spirit from Forward/Slash, Orlando’s very own distillery and blending house.

Yanelis on her inspiration:
Breakfast at Clara’s was inspired by my Grandmother. I spent a lot of time with her growing up. My grandma raised 4 boys all alone, and took care of the grandkids too. She’s from Puerto Rico and spent time in NY for family and Fashion School. She definitely has that sassy, stubborn, and fun “Nuyorican” personality! She was a huge influence in my life when it came to fashion, creativity, and values.

•The spirits were chosen because she soaked her cakes (she started a cake business in her 60s) in them. The red tea infusion was a nod to her gardening.

•The pearl garnish was to represent her classy fashion. She owned pearls too as every grandma does :)

•Fig newtons and black cherry she always has in her house! Her favorites

•The name is a play on “Breakfast at Tiffanys” to tie into the 1960’s era of New York that my grandmother experienced
