Today marked one year since my John passed away. What a hard and lonely year it has been. How I wish he were still here with me. I miss him with every breath I take. It has also been a very sad weekend for me, I had no choice but to close Bottle Caps. I want to say good bye and thank you to all of the wonderful friends John and I made over the years. I would love to name each and everyone of you but if I forgot even one of you I never forgive myself. God bless all of you. I will miss you.

On the 18th of this month one of our bartenders stole our operating money for the bar. I really don't understand why or how someone can hurt others the way this person did. She had worked for us previously and wanted to come back because we would work with her as far as scheduling goes so she could spend more time with her son. What an example she is for her son. I have always and still believe that a person will reap what they sow. By the way this person says she goes to Church every Sunday to worship. We all know who she will answer to besides the Police ( I plan on prosecuting ) .

I just received a phone call from BMI concerning Suzette's wedding. According to them we are having a live band, DJ or Karaoke on her wedding. I am sorry to inform all of you we are not. Also according to them we have Karaoke every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, again I am sorry, we do not. I wish that we had all of these things going on that they say we do but our economy had prevented that. They are also wanting to charge me $801.00 because a band played for free at Johns Celebration of life. How sad is that.

We would like to send out an invitation to all of our Bottle Caps friends to come join us for the upcoming wedding of Suzette and Matt. The wedding is this Saturday ( 12-15-12) at 3:00 pm at Bottle Caps with a reception following. There will be alot of love in the air, happy tears, good music and wonderful friends. We look forward to seeing everyone there

I want to thank each and every person who came out to the benefit for Bones on Sunday. It is great to see how people give and help others in such a time of need. I know I will never forget how wonderful all my friends at BottleCaps were to me in my time of need. I love you all!

This Sunday there will be a benefit for " Bones " starting at
2:00 pm. Allen ( Bones ) was killed while on his job and there are no clues as to who did it. Please show your support to his family and come share this day with them. There will be great food, cold beer and of course friendship. Bring an item for the raffle and help raise money for his burial. See you there this Sunday - Nov. 4th.

Some times there just aren't the right words or enough words to express oneself. I don't know where to begin- THANK YOU -to each and everyone of you who participated in yesterdays event for John and me. We have the best friends and family in the world and the support and love that has been shown to us touches my heart deeply. I can't stop crying just thinking of how much love was shown to us. I miss John so bad but I know he was smiling yesterday at all of us and God how I wish he would have been there. I owe all of you so much. I love you guys. Vickie
