Brian Ossian and Lora Sheridan Ossian , thank you for the incredible support and dedication you have given to the Orion community over the past eight years. I think I speak for so many when I say The O Kitchen & Tap has been more than just a place to gather—it has been a source of great memories, laughter, and connection. For some patrons, it became a second home 😁
Who knew on this first day, you would build something special that will leave a lasting legacy. The impact you’ve made will not be forgotten, and you have certainly left big shoes to fill. You are both deeply appreciated and loved. I wish I could be there with you tonight.

Wow.

The support you’ve shown us these past few weeks has been overwhelming. The kind words, hugs, stories, laughter, and packed dining room have meant more to Brian and me than you’ll ever know.

Today is our final day at The O Kitchen & Tap, and we’d love to spend it with all of you one last time.

Join us for dinner, a drink, or just stop by to say hello and sing a song or two. Don’t forget—Karaoke starts at 8:00 tonight and goes until midnight! Let’s end this chapter the same way we’ve spent so many nights together: with good food, good friends, and a lot of great memories.

Thank you, Orion. Thank you for making The O more than a business. You made it a family.
