Jumbo Crab Cocktail- Jumbo lump crab served with cocktail sauce and Cajun remoulade sauce.

Cedar Plank Salmon- Salmon stuffed with lobster and crab meat paired with citrus jasmine rice and sautéed broccolini finished with a strawberry reduction.

Lobster Fra Diavolo- 5 oz Cold water South African lobster tail served over San Marzano plum tomato sauce, hot cherry peppers and tossed with fettuccine. Garnished with fresh basil and shaved Parmesan cheese.
