-CHANTERELLE APRICOT- the pleasant combination of chanterelle mushrooms, apricot and organic vanilla bean makes this bitters sing in whiskey, gin and vodka cocktails. Subtle floral notes give way to a bracing bitter finish. Fantastic with egg white and flip cocktails or a wonderful addition to a classic Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
-THAI BLACK TRUMPET- they call black trumpets the "poor man's truffle" for a good reason. The intense earthiness from the mushrooms are a glorious compliment to the bold Southeast Asian flavors in this bitters. Papaya, bird eye chili, and galangal team up with a plethora of other herbs and botanicals to make this the perfect addition to a gin gimlet or other citrus forward cocktails. Picture a bowl of Tom Yum crossed with the lingering scent of the forest floor. Chok dee!
-MATSUTAKE TEPACHE- the refreshing flavor profile from the classic Mexican beverage intermingled with the cinnamon funk of matsutake mushrooms make this bitters an excellent addition to tequila, mezcal and raicilla cocktails. Also works fantastically with a wide assortment of tiki style cocktails or anything summery, refreshing or in need of a little extra funk.
-SERRANO HAM BLACK TRUMPET- not for the faint of heart. This is pure UMAMI FUNK. 24 month aged premium Jamon Serrano and black trumpet mushrooms combine to create an explosive marriage of luxurious earthy notes. Luscious and pungent with a pleasant bitter finish. A great ultra-savoury addition to your favorite gin or vodka martini. This one has brunch cocktails written all over it. ***LIMITED QUANTITY***
