Provisions Market features a tasting room and bottle shop with more than 500 bottled craft beers for retail purchase, alongside 30 rotating beers on tap to complement those of its neighboring Haven Craft Kitchen & Bar. In addition, Provisions features a deep selection of wine, for both in-house consumption and retail purchase. Executive Chef Craig Brady oversees the culinary aspect of the operation, with a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, inspired breakfast items, deli sandwiches, open-faced “toasts,” and prepared foods. Glassell Street in Old Towne Orange. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

If you haven't tried our matcha latte yet, this is the week. Hot or iced, sweet or unsweet. Real matcha, not the powdered sugar situation you get at the drive-through.

Grab a table, open the laptop, stay a while. WiFi works. The chairs are comfortable. Nobody is going to rush you out.

We’re closing early today for a private event. Doors close at 3:30pm.

The avocado toast here isn't basic.

Avocado, easter egg radish, pickled shallots, capers, espelette pepper, maldon salt. It comes on a board. It photographs well. It also tastes really good, which is the part that matters more.

Add bacon for $3 if that's where you're at today.

Joel’s fall picks just landed: Jiant Pumpkin Chai Hard Tea, Get Toasty Hot Chocolate Porter from our friends at Trademark Brewing in Long Beach, and Coronado’s Pumpkin Spice Hard C***r. The tea and c***r are both gluten free, so there’s something here for everyone at the table.

Pick up a few for the house, to share with a friend, or just yourself.

New from Broc Cellars on the shelf. Amore Bianco is a skin-contact white with some gold in the glass and a lot going on underneath. And their Rosato is the kind of rosé that actually makes you pay attention. Both from one of California's best natural w**e producers.

Fresh hop season is short, so Joel grabbed all three.

Fremont out of Seattle brews these with hops picked and thrown in the kettle within hours of harvest. Fresh Hop Lush IPA, Head Full of Fresh Hops Hazy IPA, and Field to Ferment Pale Ale are all in the fridge now. Green, bright, and gone before you know it.

Our Turkey Melt. Turkey, provolone, garlic aioli, pickled shallots, sauerkraut, pressed on sourdough until everything kind of melts into itself. $16 and you won't need dinner.

Pair it with a b**r on tap or something cold from the fridge. We have both!

Two w**es we're really into right now. IRUAI Shasta-Cascade is a white blend from high-elevation vineyards near the Oregon border. Five grapes, cool climate, a lot of personality.

Next to it, their Psychic Terroir red from the Rogue Valley. Muscat, Syrah, Cab Franc, Grenache, Gamay. Mountain w**e that doesn't take itself too seriously but really delivers.

Both on the shelf. Both from Chad and Michelle Westbrook Hinds, who make some of the most interesting natural w**e in California. **e
