Here are a few new additions you've gotta come in and try!

🥚 Deviled Egg Royale Dip – Whipped deviled eggs, smoked trout caviar, and Iberian ham potato chips.

🥩 Prime Rib Cheesesteak – Shaved smoked prime rib, sautéed mushrooms and onions, and Cooper Sharp cheese on a garlic-buttered hoagie.

🧅 French Onion Soup – Caramelized onions, rich beef bone broth, oxtail, and plenty of melted cheese, baked to order.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Angel's Envy × Cline Family Cellars Bourbon & W**e Dinner, and a huge thank-you to guest chef Geoffery Wendland for cooking alongside Chef John Benton. Grilled Argentinean red shrimp with fennel-miso bisque. Wagyu beef cheek chile relleno with guajillo-ancho sauce. Dry-aged Manhattan strip roast with a coffee-porcini rub and duck-fat hash brown. Foie gras parfait with Grana Padano popovers, and cookie butter–stuffed bombolini with Pinot Noir sugar and wh***ey caramel to finish. Each course was paired with Angel's Envy and Cline. Our NEW Weekend Brunch Menu launches tomorrow, October 10! 🍳

Chef John has some good things coming your way! Benedicts with house hollandaise, Chicken-Fried Steak & Eggs, Caramel Vanilla French Toast, Wagyu Flat Iron Steak Frites, and house-made Banana Bread with whipped strawberry butter. Plenty of reasons to come hungry!

Chef John has put together three courses, each paired with Angel’s Envy Wh***ey and wines from Cline Family Cellars. Here's a taste of what's coming!

🍽️ First Course | Grilled Argentinean Red Shrimp
Fennel-miso shrimp bisque, sherry gastrique and Marcona almonds.
Paired with Angel’s Envy Straight Bourbon and Cline Pinot Noir.

🍽️ Second Course | Wagyu Beef Cheek Chile Relleno
Oaxaca cheese, guajillo-ancho sauce and smashed fried elote potato salad.
Paired with Angel’s Envy Triple Oak and Cline Ancient Vines Zinfandel.
