Our January "Gin Gig" had plenty of delicious gems. The presented gins where Boomsma "Oude"; a classic genever gin out of Holland. Then moved to Tanqueray's Old Tom Gin, inspired from one of Charles Tanqueray's classic recipes. We then moved on to the lightest flavors on the line up Bombay Sapphire "East"; finishing up with a really big and exciting Letherbee Gin. There may have been some other gi

ns available to try like U.S.A. barrel aged Ransom's Old Tom Gin and Deaths Door Gin. A couple of gins out of Scotland such as the 22 botanical big Botanist Gin and Edinburgh Gin then from Germany Bitter Truth's Pink Gin. That is just a bit of what inspired The Cocktail Conversation.
