Owning the Prestige, I hear more bands than the average bear. Fork in the Road (Logan, IA) is playing right now and their classic rock is fantastic and really taking me back a lot of years. If you are bar hopping tonight (or tomorrow night) you owe it to yourself to hear them if you are a classic rock fan.

At Prestige tonight, Quartus, 9pm no cover. Often compared to the Dave Mathews Band, OAR and John Mayer, Quartus has its own fresh sound that is perfect for nearly any age group. The band has gained excellent support and has built a large, dedicated following. They have obtained airplay on commercial radio stations in the mid-west and are favorites on area college stations

Here are some great pics of a wedding held today at Prestige. Prestige is giving way to remodeling and a new restaurant, Del Mare, will be complete in about 10 days, hence this was the last wedding to be held at Prestige. Many more will be done at the new Del Mare I'm sure.

Progress is speeding up on the remodeling (finally). Del Mare and The Reef at Del Mare (at the site of the Prestige) will be a reality in about 21 days. You might find it interesting to visit while this is all going on. We'll have Grand Theft Girlfriend Thur and Sat, Personics on Fri. Actually, it's kind of cool to have this entertainment in a semi-construction environment. I should be taking more pictures.
