Being in cattle county, we realize we don't always offer enough beef options, so we decided to hit y'all with some BEEFY GOODNESS! 🐂 The new weekly special is seasoned ground beef, smoked Gouda cheese, spicy giardiniera on our tomato sauce base with the usual mozzarella & grana padano cheese and some chives. 🙏🏼🔥

Y'all, we have been blessed with one last bounty of School House Garden peaches 🙏🏼🍑...not from Georgia, not from Colorado but grown & freshly picked in Waterloo, Nebraska. This is a Peaches & Cream riff featuring local peaches, housemade ricotta, smoky bacon, and pickled Calabrian chilies on a garlic oil base with taleggio and grana padano cheeses. Happy Friday! 🪩🍹🍕🔥
