We heard you wanted a little more heat, so we're calling this week's special the THICK DADDY! 🥵 Named after who designed our cocktail program and happens to be our favorite South Omaha fusion of 🇮🇹 & 🇲🇽. In homage, we have chorizo, Calabrian pepperoni, fresh jalapenos, red onions on a red sauce base with our smoked & chili pepper cheeses, mozzarella, and grana padano. 🤌🏼🌶️🔥

Found out that had some wild harvested razor clams, so we had to order them! Sauted in white wine and a local ramp & herb compound butter, served with housemade focaccia. 👏🏼 I've never had these in Omaha before! 🤤

Rarely do we make a new weekly special with no notes but this one HITS! 🔥 Local asparagus, speck, Gorgonzola dolce, on garlic oil base with caramelized onions, parmesan & mozzarella finished with aged balsamic and chives. Remember: we've got a few orders of morel mushrooms that can be added to any pizza! Happy Friday! 🥰🪩
