Cocktails before dinner. A table for the evening. One more drink before heading home. And somewhere along the way, somebody decided dessert should have booze in it.

Thursday, September 17, we’re bringing the Pink Squirrel back for one night.

Creamy, pink, almond and cherry forward with a little chocolate. We took the supper club classic and tweaked it for a modern palate. A little less sweet, a little more balanced, while keeping everything that made the original fun.

We made one batch for the night.

Come see us next Thursday, grab a seat and try a Pink Squirrel while you can.

Four years ago, I had absolutely no idea what this place would become.

I think one of the strangest things about owning a bar is realizing that eventually it stops being entirely yours.

Other people have memories here that I’ll never know about. First dates. New friendships. Big celebrations. Hard conversations. Really good nights. Random Tuesdays that somehow became stories.

There are four years of people’s lives tucked into this little room now.

Tomorrow, we start adding year five.

Apparently we stopped drinking Pink Squirrels, and I think that was a mistake.

So Thursday, September 17th, we’re bringing them back for the night.

Pink, creamy, a little ridiculous, and straight out of the supper club era.

Think of it like a little house party at Anna’s. Come by, grab a Pink Squirrel, find a seat and hang out with us for a while.

We’ll start pouring at 5 and keep going until we run out.

We need to fill Anna’s Place with an unreasonable number of clowns.

Halloween night, we’re committing to the bit.

A Killer Halloween Party takes over Anna’s Place October 31st with burlesque from Dahlia La Rouge, causing clown-related problems, cocktails, food, a clown costume contest and whatever other shenanigans we manage to get ourselves into.

Your assignment is simple: come as a clown.

Creepy. Glamorous. Sad. Sexy. Slightly concerning. Something that takes ten minutes to explain. We want all of it.

Anna’s Place will be ticketed only for Halloween night. 21+.
