Sup bbs!!! This is what it takes to produce one of the more unique sandwiches around THE ACHIOTE CHICKEN SANDWICH! Some of y’all already know, but for those who don’t, it starts with our house made Baguette and is filled with Achiote Marinated Chicken, Shredded Cabbage, Cilantro Sofrito, Pickled Green Beans, Pickled Red Onions, Pickled Red Peppers, Mayo and Swiss Cheese and then Pressed to Perfection on our Flat Top…. There is not a sandwich out there that is like it we promise that and it is such a labor of love. So next time your in, definitely think about giving it a shot, we know y’all come for the Fried Chicken, but this bad boy F**ks hard y’all! Can’t wait to see all y’all! Yoooooo! For real y’all. Thank you guys so damn much. The last couple weeks have been insane. And getting the time to hang with my son being born was incredible, and my crew was able to hold it down and really kill it so we just really wanted to give them all a lil breather and take a Sunday so they can go and kick it with their family’s. So we’re gonna take tomorrow off 5/31/2026 , and in the mean time get our floors refinished, cuz they been putting in that work. So STAY DIRRY Y’ALL!!!!
