📢 Important Update from Wemberly Hills Golf Course

We’re making a change to how we handle 18-hole play.

As a 9-hole course, 18-hole reservations are difficult to manage because everyone plays at a different pace. We can’t accurately predict when you’ll finish your first 9 and return to the first tee, especially with other tee times scheduled throughout the day.

You can absolutely still play 18 holes! We’re simply changing the process:

🏌️ Book your first 9-hole tee time online or through the pro shop.

⛳ Want to play 18? You can book a second 9-hole tee time by calling the pro shop and letting us know you want to play 18-holes. From there we will block off a turn time for you. Your second 9-hole tee time increases your odds of getting out at that time, but does not guarantee the exact tee off time.

When you finish your first 9, you MUST check in with the pro shop. We’ll look at the tee sheet and get you out as soon as possible for your second 9-holes.

1) If you finish early and there’s an opening, we can move your second 9 up.

2) If play is moving as expected, you can use your scheduled second 9 time.

3) If you finish later than expected, you may have to wait and be assigned the next available opening. You do not jump in front of tee times that are already booked.

4) If the course is backed up, you simply get into the existing lineup and will get out as soon as the tee sheet allows.

Members are subject to the same process. Members must check in with the pro shop before playing. You cannot simply walk onto the first tee because it appears open, there may be a group inside checking in with a scheduled tee time.

The goal is simple: keep the tee sheet organized, prevent backups, and get everyone on the course as quickly as possible.

The most important rule: finish your first 9 → check in with the pro shop → we’ll get you back out when the tee sheet allows.

Weekend position focused on managing tee times on Hole #1 and monitoring pace of play.

Primarily Monday–Thursday mornings, assisting our course maintenance crew.

We are searching for an adaptable, self-motivated individual to join our team for the remainder of the season.

Position:
- Duties: Course maintenance support - w**d wacking, mowing tee boxes, green care, and general groundskeeping as needed
- Hours: Part-time (10-20 hours/week, weather dependent)
- Schedule: Ideal availability weekday mornings (6 AM to 11 AM), with light weekend flexibility if needed
- Timeline: Starting immediately through the end of the season (typically October)

This is a great fit for someone with a open weekday schedule who enjoys working early mornings outdoors, staying active, and takes prive in their local golf course!

❌ Old Links: Any saved Venmo links you have used in the past are now inactive and will not work.

⚠️ Unauthorized / Fake Accounts: If you search for our golf course on Venmo right now, you may see an account listed under our name. This is NOT our account and is not legitimate. Please do NOT send any funds to it.

✅ Past Payments: All past payments received prior to this issue are fully processed and squared away. You do not need to worry about past transactions.
