the Scottish Festival is this Saturday and we have been cooking up a storm for it. We will have traditional Scottish faire including - meat pies, Scottish Pasties, HAGGIS, Highland Beef Brisket Burnt Ends, Scotch Eggs, each served atop traditional mashed potatoes and our carrot chutney. Plus the The Maine Kitchen food truck will be serving up 1/3 pound hamburgers, GIANT Beef hotdogs and Italian sausage! Our second food truck (which we have not named yet) will be serving Fish n Chips and Chicken Bite Baskets. Plus we made our WHISKY BREAD Pudding made with some of the best Scottish Whisky you can buy! Yeah we are all in to make this event EPIC for the town of OOB with our creations.

It is that time of year again to think about making your way to Old Orchard Beach for the Scottish Festival! Bummed our Scottish Festival in Old Orchard Beach is cancelled this year? Well the Girls have a very special treat for everyone! Catch the Screaming Orphans Concert On Facebook Live.
Saturday May 9th, 5pm EST (USA) 10pm (Ireland)
We will be our own sound engineers so who knows what's going to happen..........tune in if you can.

It is with heaviness that we are cancelling the Scottish Festival in Old Orchard Beach. The Governor of the State of Maine has implemented rules that do not allow for any gatherings of the people. We were in high hopes that with our community and state following the strict stay home, stay safe orders that we would have tempered this beast of a virus and our festival and summer would be okay. We want to thank all of you who have been fans of our festival and we will miss seeing our fantastic bands and vendors this year. We intend on resuming the festival on the first Saturday of June 2021 - Thank you all for understanding and be safe.
