Trivia Tuesday is looking real good this week, March 3rd. We’ll have Fields and Ivy’s Field Notes on draft featuring a rich 12% stout aged in Blue Note bourbon barrels with cocoa nibs and vanilla — and we’re pairing it with the actual Blue Note bourbon for the full experience. Beer starts flowing at 3pm, trivia starts at 7pm, and the top three teams score brewery swag. Fun friends highly recommended (smart friends could be helpful too).

This Thursday February 19, Apogee is teaming up with RedBar KC to host a Watches and Whiskey Night for local watch collectors and enthusiasts.

RedBar started as a couple of collectors grabbing drinks and talking watches in New York. It’s now a global community built around the same simple idea: real people, real collections, and real conversations. No hype. No gatekeeping. Just a shared love of horology.

This night follows that same spirit (get it?... spirit)

Whether you’re into vintage, modern, microbrands, or you just bought your first automatic and fell down the rabbit hole — you’re welcome here. We’ll have a few special bottles of whiskey on hand (bring a bottle if you want to show and tell!), along with our rotation of craft beer on tap, and our house cocktails. Just a relaxed, community-first meetup hosted by RedBar at Apogee.
