You guys.

Today was a record breaking day. You lined up out the front door from open til…. Well, now, but we aren’t even closed yet.

You ate us out of house and home. We got down to just smashies and fries and you still didn’t let up. Both a bummer, but also a point of pride for us. Elizabeth cried tears of joy when that was announced. We love our Thunder, but we love this city even more.

Since you cleaned us out today (a record breaking day for this little sandwich shop!), we need a little extra time to prep tomorrow to be ready for you. Such is life when you make almost everything from scratch.

We are opening at 2pm tomorrow, Sunday, and we will be ready with all the goodies you can handle.

P.S. we owe a HUGE shout out to our staff today, who busted their buns getting out every last morsel of food we had for you. Their blood, sweat and tears went into every single sandwich and cocktail that made the day great. We love them, and so do you.

Whew, boy. This has been a doozy.

We are Thundering TF Up™️ at The Goose tomorrow for game 7. For this momentous occasion, we’ve made a few menu changes we felt were important.

We’re running happy hour ALL DAY and the bar will stay open late. Come enjoy with a pitcher of on the rooftop patio to wash down your Victor Wembanyama Sucks. Or your Chet Cheese.

Buckle up, Midtown. It’s time for a new special.

Introducing: THE BRUCE

Named after our Kitchen Manager’s (The One and Only ._ ) dog. Crispy fried chicken, provolone, basil spread, sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic drizzle on a toasted Italian hoagie. Crunchy, tangy, herbaceous, and built like a good boy.

We also brought in some fresh menu items for the season, as well as a double down option for those of you who like a little more “oomph” in your lunchtime shenanigans.

Anyway, here’s Alexi to tell you why you should be making lunch plans with us.

starting monday. new menu changes are hitting the shelves. see below. 👇👇

-The LADY MAE IS BACK! She’s a fan favorite. She never should have left. That’s on us, dudes. We’re sorry.

-We’re doing a GRILLED CHEESE and TOMATO SOUP (house made, beeteedubs) combo. We’d like to aggressively assert that soup season doesn’t end just because it’s warm out. Anyway - it’s $6.50 (eat that, “Value Menu”).

-CAESAR SALAD. We’ve added a **Caesar salad, kids.

-Lastly, we’re introducing the option to DOUBLE DOWN. Yep, you can DOUBLE DOWN on most of your favorite cold sandies… like a savage. Just ask for it and we’ll double up on the ingredients for your fun lunch outing sandwich! ✌️

That’s it. All your favies will still be around. Promise.

Ol’Reliable - A Fish Sandwich
-8oz of fluffy, flakey, cod - golden fried and sandwiched between a Martin’s potato bun and house-made tarter sauce situation.
-Crispy fries - served as a “bed” of sorts for the aforementioned
-Lemon wedge - for a proper squeeze
-Malt vinegar - upon request (…but, if you’re civilized, you’ll obviously be requesting it, right? RIGHT?!)
