Last week we had the pleasure of spending the evening with our friends at Hidden Oaks Weddings & Events and Devoted Oklahoma Weddings, and we came ready.
We put together two signature mocktails just for the occasion, and we're sharing them with you.

🌅 Scissortail Sunset
Named for the sunsets you'll only find standing in the tall grass fields at Hidden Oaks. This one's for the citrus lovers.

Batch of 15:
22.5 oz blood orange + navel orange juice blend
11.25 oz fresh lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
11.25 oz honey syrup (1 cup honey, ½ cup warm water)
30 dashes aromatic bitters
Top each cup with ~1.5 oz blood orange Italian soda at pour

🌊 Hidden Oasis
Hidden Oaks is already your hidden oasis in Oklahoma. From the ceremony forest to the wedding tent, it won't stay a secret long. This one was made for a hot Oklahoma summer day.

Batch of 15:
22.5 oz pineapple juice
15 oz coconut water
11.25 oz non-alcoholic blue curaçao syrup (Torani)
7.5 oz fresh lime juice (about 8 limes)
11.25 oz simple syrup (1 cup sugar, 1 cup water)
Top each cup with ~1.5 oz lemon-lime soda at pour

Mix your base the night before. Top with soda right before serving. Both recipes scale easily, just keep the ratios.

3 parts White Peach Juice
Top with Club Soda
