I won 1st place in a chili cook off last night. When Driftwood meat company comes out of hibernation in the spring, we will proudly be serving my very own "award winning chili" on dogs, frito pies, nachos, and we can't forget chili cheese fries....

Looking forward to another very busy weekend. We are serving for the "Nelly/Brian McKnight" concert on Friday at the downtown airpark, then moving over to the Grand casino on Saturday for the "Sammy Hagar" concert. Come on out.

We will pull down from the Lumineers concert on Thursday night and set up at Thunder Valley Raceway on friday morning. (No rest for the wicked) we will be there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Hope to see you there.

Alright guys, we will be proudly serving for "The Lumineers" concert at the downtown airpark this Thursday Oct. 3rd. Come on out and try our latest addition to the menu, "Brisket Nachos". Tortilla chips topped with our slow smoked brisket then covered with our spicy cheese sauce.... I know huh! You've got to try this.

We finally got everything on the trailer up and running. We were able to serve fresh cut fries for the first time last night. Our loaded fries (topped with spicy queso and bacon pieces) were a huge hit. We went through 50lbs of potatoes in only a few hours.

Preparing for the grand opening has been quite hectic. No sleep for days. But it's here, it's here, it's finally here... Our maiden voyage will be at the mumford and sons concert tonight and tomorrow. Should be a good time.

Hey folks, unfortunately we are unable to make the "kones for the korral" event by the Toby Keith foundation on labor day September 2nd. As we have not yet received our trailer from the manufacturer. I reckon this is the cost of ordering a custom built unit. I would like to invite you to attend anyway. Fun for kids of all ages. Located at 104th and s. Penn. Fingers crossed on being ready for the "gentlemen of the road" tour on September 6th. Surely we'll be up and running for the motley crew concert on the 13th. Hope to see you there.

We have done a couple of trial runs on our burgers. Fresh, never frozen, 1/3 lb. lightly dusted with our own seasoning mix... Folks, they are FABULOUS. Although not on our menu yet, we will have specialty burgers. such as grilled onion, avocado, Hawaiian teriyaki,... coming soon guys.
