We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking cook who can handle a fast-paced kitchen, work as part of a team, and take pride in putting out great food.

Job Duties

* Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
* Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
* Prep ingredients and stock stations for service
* Work efficiently during busy rushes
* Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
* Help with closing and cleaning duties
* Keep ticket times moving and maintain consistency

Requirements

* Kitchen or line cook experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
* Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
* Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
* Food handler card required
