Charred Carrots with Vadouvan Whipped Ricotta, Fermented Chili Butter, Honey and Chervil.

Salt Roasted Beets with Burrata Cheese, Citrus Vinaigrette, House Chili Oil, Sesame Tuile.

Had a run on the beets last night so we only have 5 orders for this Saturday!!!!

Got some balls for the menu!

Bottom Right: Lamb and Pork Meatballs with Dijon and Dill…. Oh and a little Sardine is added to put them over the top. Served with Sauce Dijon and a little more dill!

Middle Left: Mushroom Aracini with Pecorino and Soubise Sauce (basically a French Onion Bechamel).

Top: This is an Irish Coffee Doughnut that we are doing for brunch this weekend. Stuffed with a Jamison Cream filling and Coffee Glaze!!!

Every once in awhile we bring in some Blue Fin Tuna as it is the King of all fish served raw. We received a beautiful cut of Chutoro (medium fatty), it’s my favorite section of the tuna, perfect balance of lean Akami and Fatty Otoro. We serve it with an aioli made from the Otoro, Bonito and Japanese Soy and cover it in freshly grated Horseradish and a slight dusting of Japanese Sancho and reduced Barley Vinegar. Here till it sells out!

Thursday March 5 2026 will be our next pairing dinner, hosted by David D**g of PM Spirits LLC! Featuring Cinco Sentidos and Neta, the menu will focus on Southern Mexican cuisine, using many of the moles and flavors that Oaxaca is known for.

Your ticket includes the 5 dinner courses as well as cocktail and spirit pairings per course. Doors open at 5pm for cocktail hour and dinner will start at 6pm. This is a private ticketed event and the tickets are going very quickly so get them now!

Oh yeah it’s also Ben’s birthday!

Get your reservations for March 5th!!! We are having a tasting menu featuring the flavors of southern Mexico and Oaxaca!!! This will be a ticketed menu and you must have a reservation, we will be featuring cocktails and samples from Cinco Sentidos, Neta Mezcal and PM Spirits!!! We are super excited about this one and it is also Ben's birthday though he's not one for celebrations. We will post a Venmo link today with some additional information, only 40 seats available so act fast!!!

Tickets will be $100 a seat, gratuity included in the ticket price! Link to venmo below:
