Hi Folks,

While the year isn't quite over yet, we are scheduling the removal of the docks starting October 10th. We are requesting that all boats be removed out of the Marina by no later than October 8th.
We are planning a small event at Tiki for the end of the year for all of our slip holders. We truly appreciate your patience as we continually build out towards something better.
We look forward to seeing you there and to the next boating season!

We’re incredibly honored and excited to be chosen for this amazing grant award, which will play a big role in helping us move forward with the development of Ogdensburg’s waterfront—a project that means so much to our city’s future.
This wouldn’t have been possible without the support and guidance of some truly dedicated people. We want to give a special thank-you to Andrea Smith, former City Planner, for her knowledge, hard work, and steady guidance through the entire process. We’re also deeply thankful to Fonda Chronis, our City Manager, for his leadership and belief in what this project can bring to our community.
To the City Council, thank you for your vision and for continuing to invest in the future of Ogdensburg and believing in our project. We also want to thank the Economic and Strategic Development (ESD) team for approving this grant and recognizing the potential of our waterfront project. Their support helps bring projects like this to life across the state, and we’re proud to be part of that momentum. We're also happy to share this moment with our neighbor, Hosmer’s Marina, and congratulate them on receiving a grant award as well. It’s exciting to see multiple efforts coming together to create lasting improvements along the waterfront—this is a win not just for us, but for the entire community.
This grant is more than just financial support—it’s a symbol of what we can achieve when we work together for the betterment of our city. We’re excited to continue to transform the waterfront into a place that brings new life, new opportunities, and lasting benefits for everyone in Ogdensburg.

Governor Kathy Hochul announced that more than $50 million has been awarded to 50 projects through the State's Restore New York Communities Initiative.
