Memorial Weekend was a good one.

Thanks to everyone who came by B Street, grabbed a drink, hung out on the patio, brought the dogs, ordered food, stayed a little longer than planned… all the good things.

Meet Colton. Brewer, beer nerd, storyteller, and part of the Roosters family for almost 20 years. We had him “sit down” to talk about brewing, his favorite beers, what keeps craft beer exciting, and a few things people can look forward to.

Craft Brewers Week is all about the people behind the beer, and this one’s for them. 🍻
