The short rib was braised for 8 hours with merlot, spices, and herbs 🥵 with a homemade ragu (sauce) and hand-cut pappardelle pasta. Finished with merlot-infused Parmesan cheese and a dallop of creamy ricotta with fresh basil. An all day effort made with love ❤️ Ready at 5PM until sold out.
