Step aside, espresso martini - there’s a new cocktail in town.

The beloved cocktail’s bubbly twin, this refreshing sip has everything you love about the classic with a tonic twist.

Espresso Tonic:

2 oz Blue Ice Double Espresso Vodka
0.5 oz simple syrup
4 oz Barritt’s Tonic Water
Lime slice for garnish

Fill a glass with ice. Add the espresso vodka and simple syrup, then top with Barritt’s Tonic Water. Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice.

Pineapple Dark and Stormy:

2 oz Cruzan Aged Dark Rum
1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
3 to 4 oz Barritt’s Ginger Beer

Add ice to a glass, followed by the rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice and bitters. Top with Barritt’s Ginger Beer.
