Up and cooking!!! Going to be a delivery day, once again I apologize for the inconvenience but what better way to make up for it than getting delicious BBQ delivered to you!!! Orders open at 12ish first delivery window is 1pm if you want it earlier I will try my best to make that happen, shoot me a message or text with your name, order and delivery address. We’ll be delivering until we’re sold out, hope everyone has an amazing Saturday and would love to bring you some delicious food!

Pop up, Update!!!! Weather set us behind a bit once again wood burning smoker I’m at the mercy of ole Mother Nature, probably going to be an all nighter getting everything wrapped up. Might not get set up in time at Element, thinking of doing delivery’s again for the inconvenience!! Same deal applies for Element classes 10% off just let me know you were there. Once again I appreciate the support and will give an update in the morning! Just a little teaser for tomorrow, 2 briskets wrapped up for the night 2 more to go, hope everyone has a good night and I’ll update in the am!

Gooood morning everyone!!! Hope your week is going well! Tab and I we’re going to try and get a pop up set up this Saturday August 22nd but we’ve had some family stuff come up we have to take care of so sadly no BBQ this weekend but, I am confirming next Saturday August 29th we will be set up and slinging our delicious BBQ!! So mark your calendars and come see us, it’s the beginnings of Football so come grab a Gameday platter or Family platter, what better way to enjoy the game right?!?!? Hope to see you soon! On this episode of what the hell can I make for dinner, looked through the freezer and the pantry. Decided on ancho/espresso rubbed aged Ny strip, big elbows with tomato pesto I made a while ago and flake salt/chili oil finish! Always fun when you don’t plan anything and do whatcha got in the house 😂😂😂

Best bakery around!!! Unbelievable flavors creative, was a diamond in the rough but now this beautiful family owned busy is doing huge things keep your eye out, they’re making moves!!!!!
