Something a bit different that will definitely make it on the menu at the upcoming project. Tuscan spare ribs! Most people when they hear spare ribs they immediately think bbq ribs which we love!!! But I wanted to put more of an Italian spin on it so these are oven roasted with a blend of spices and herbs finished with balsamic vinegar and a squeeze of lemon absolutely puts them over the top. One bite of these and you’ll be questioning why you haven’t had ribs like this before! Enjoy! 👌🏻👌🏻🇮🇹

Well we’ve been kind of quiet business wise with Craft Pit Bar BQ and Kitchen, but it’s because we have been working on an authentic Italian concept to bring to the SE side of Ocala. This is still in the early stages but we wanted to share a status update with all of you. The concept is much different than anything around here we’re going to focus on authentic Italian food from all regions, aiming for a new menu every 3 months along with weekly specials. This includes fresh pasta everyday, dry aged meats, and obviously great sauces and bread. We feel this something missing from the Ocala food scene so we’re working our hardest to bring it to you. As you know with our BBQ we strive to be the best and will work relentlessly until we prove good food can be simple, delicious and elegant. Please keep your eyes peeled as we build our menu and post up pictures of the work that goes behind that menu. Aiming for end of the year beginning of 27’ for a brick and mortar location, being picky because we want to bring this to Se side of Ocala first, with room for future expansion. Please like and share with everyone!! We look forward to seeing all of you and serving all of you delicious food!!!

Starting some R&D on future projects, simple spaghetti is so over done. Fresh ingredients a bit of garlic, salt and basil makes it the exact taste of Italy. Topped with 24 month aged parm and some garlic bread crumbs for a bit of texture. Enjoy!!

Alright!!!! After a couple weeks off to meet and make future plans with some partners, the books are officially open for May!! Goood morning everyone!!! Hope your Easter weekend was blessed and filled with good food, good people and love from your families. This post is about some exciting news, this month we have a couple big events but we will be taking a break from Smash-burgers and dinners to take some time to plan a brick and mortar location. We’ve been doing our due diligence finding like minded partners so we can bring our simply good concept to a greater audience in Ocala. We are excited to share this journey with everyone and we are unbelievably appreciative for all of our followers and the support you give. As of right now we still have openings for catering this month and hopefully after talks, we’re shooting for a brick and mortar end of 26’ beginning of 27’. Hope everyone has an amazing Monday keep your eyes peeled and please don’t hesitate to shoot us a message for events or catering.
