Jason's distinguished background in Ocala's culinary scene, including his tenure with Chef Patrice at Le Cuisine, has greatly enriched our team. His decision to join us has been a welcome addition. Jason's exemplary work ethic, passion, and mastery of culinary techniques are consistently demonstrated in his work.
