Psychology professor Dr. Donna K. Nagata is a leading scholar on the intergenerational impacts of Japanese American incarceration during WWII. She’s now researching 4th generation Japanese American (Yonsei) perspectives on this history and its influence today—and you can help! Take an anonymous survey and answer questions about your views on impacts of the wartime incarceration on you and your family, as well as topics such as justice, ethnic identity experiences, and your sense of self. Anyone over the age of 18 who identifies as a Yonsei is invited to participate, even if you didn’t have family in the camps.
