Mixed culture saison w/ blackberries | 4.8%

Ease into summer with Dye, a delightfully easy and fruity refresher. This blend of three, two, and one year old barrel aged mixed culture farmhouse ales was conditioned on local blackberries from Moods farm in Mullica Hill and re-fermented in the bottle with orange blossom honey.

Notes of mixed berry jam, pinot noir, the favorite starburst, pink-lemonade, holiday spice, cardamom, and dusty oak. Zippy and bone dry!

West Coast IPA | 7.3%

Our summer production ramp-up is in full swing, and so is our freshest batch of Pendulum. This brilliant 7.3% West Coast inspired IPA has notes of candied peaches and mango thanks to Citra and Galaxy, with a refreshing backbone of citrus pith from our Amarillo and Chinook.

Look for this treat in 16oz cans and on draft at both taprooms.

Farmhouse inspired pale ale brewed with pilsner, raw wheat, and malted wheat. Hopped with saaz and cascade. Fermented with a Belgian inspired yeast strain from Walloon, Belgium.

Notes of orange hard candy, pear, hay, floral juniper, light grapefruit, and bubblegum.

Our seasonal mixed culture saison with peaches from farm returns this year. Fermented in stainless with our ever evolving house mixed culture, aged in oak, then blended with bright, ripe peaches.

Bright notes of peach gummy rings, stone fruit hard candy, soft vanilla, oak, rounded out with a sour, zippy, dry finish.

Mono Citra Remix

When our oft-collaborators over extended the opportunity to brew with a new super-critical hop extract (code name 803) for CBC, we were stoked. Think of Mono Citra Remix as Mono Citra drenched in reverb with the volume blasting, disturbing all the neighbors. We’re getting super dense pineapple-mango-orange nectar jumping straight from the can and into our heads. We couldn’t be more pleased to share this little exercise in science with the brewing community and all our friends in the Greater Haddon Valley.

Mono Remix is available on draft an to go at both locations. Today in Barrington, in addition to pouring ALL the collab beers, we are hosting an Earth Day event with , & . We all got a suuuper limited edition baby drop of these rad 420 tees. More on their way next week!

Convergence

It is an exciting time here at Tonewood.  The Craft Brewers Conference is being held next week right down the way in Philly, and we are so fortunate to be a part of such an amazing industry. 

To commemorate this annual celebration of craft beer, we huddled up with some of our closest partners and friends, , , , and .  Together we decided to make the beer that we were interested in drinking. Something clean, crisp, and hoppy.  We tapped our hand selected stock of hops and paired them up with beautiful Pilsner Malt.

Convergence is a 4.5% West Coast Pilsner made for friends by friends.  It is clean, bright, hoppy, floral, and infinitely drinkable. Like honey toast with a raspberry peach marmalade. This is a limited run for a very special occasion, so get it before we drink it all ourselves.
