Hi, I’m Monica and I’m the last 1/3 of the team! 🌹✨

I’m originally from Texas but have lived in the Bay Area longer than anywhere else and there’s no place I’d rather be.

Most days you will find me at , the pub that I run in Oakland, and when I’m not there I’m usually hanging out with my husband and our two very spoiled dogs. 🐶 🐶

The best thing about being a part of is that I get to combine two things that I love - creating spaces that make people feel special, and making drinks that make people happy. ✨🥂

Hi! My name is Alyssa, I am also one third of Compass Rose! 🌹 ✨
I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada and have been living in Oakland for about 2 years and I have fallen in love with the Bay Area. I’m a huge people person and I enjoy surrounding myself with kind, funny, and compassionate people! 💕

Bartending has turned into such a passion of mine, so creating the Compass Rose team with my fabulous colleagues has been the absolute best time. ✨

When I’m not working you can catch me hanging out with my lovely friends or my dog Dex, or playing board/card games! 🐶🎲
