We’re excited to bring you this fresh collab between x . Our classic kolsch gets a massive infusion of raspberries for a bit burst of berry goodness and a brilliant pink blush. This brew is nicely dry, quenching, and crushable—a perfect beer for warm days at the park or the beach.

TOP DRAWER • ESB • 4.7%

To celebrate the World Cup coming to CA, we teamed up with our friends at to make this sessionable, copper-hued ale.

Top Drawer is a medium-bodied ale that takes its cues from the classic English “Extra Special Bitter” or ESB (Note: compared to modern IPAs, an ESB is anything but bitter). With a lively profile characterized with notes of toffee and Earl Grey tea, it’s balanced with subtle floral undertones and hints of dark fruit.

To create its distinct toffee brittle character, we blended two floor malted grains: Organic Hearth malt from Alameda’s and Maris Otter from in the UK.

This is an authentic pub ale, a perfect partner for smashing a pint during the beautiful game. Oh, and the name? “Top Drawer” refers to a flawlessly executed play or a world class player — the best of the best.

CHERRY WAVES • cherry lemon vanilla sour ale • 6.0%

This sour ale features a complex profile of sweet and tart notes from both sweet and tart cherries. While the addition of vanilla gives it full-bodied character, the Sicilian lemon balances with a crisp dry finish. Like a cherry soda, refreshing on a warm day. Try it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

We can’t believe it’s been ten years! We’re kicking off a summer of celebration with a huge bash you don’t wanna miss. On tap will be three anniversary beers, including collabs with and , our second-ever SIX pack release, and adult slushies. Stay tuned as we’ll share more on these brews in the next two weeks.

Limited edition swag will only be available the day of the event and will set out. We’re releasing a 10th Anniversaray gold rimmed glass, house-made tie dyed tees, a limited run of old school foam koozies. Plus we’ve just about to receive a huge restock of merch.

RIDE THE TIGER • West Coast Pils • 5.5%

This wild brew was created in collaboration with Takuya from Japan’s . Ride the Tiger is a West Coast Pilsner that’s clean and crisp, yet hugely citrusy and hop-forward. We added a blend of Koji rice, which are traditional sake ingredients. White Koji provides natural acid for balance, while the yellow Koji contributes vibrant, fruity aromatics. Later we added grapefruit to complement the citrus dry-hop character of the Citra, Simcoe, and Cryo Chinook hops.

This is a really fun beer that straddles the line between pilsner and west coast IPA, and we had an awesome time brewing with Takuya.
