With the dawn of our final day serving the community we wanted to say thank you for making Oak Park Brewing company your home away from home for the last several years. We enjoyed having you for every new beer tapped, every trivia night, every comedy show, and everything else in between. We hope you enjoyed drinking our beers as much as we did making them for you!

From the employees, a special thank you to Jim for making Oak Park Brewing such an amazing place to work. There’s not many bosses out there that treat their employees with the respect and understanding you’ve shown us over the years, making everyone from bartender to brewer feel appreciated. We wish you the best of luck in whatever the next chapter of your life holds, cheers.

Dear Oak Park,
Due to a multitude of factors, including covid (and the lack of resurgence in business despite the high vaccination rate in Oak Park), our recent kitchen fire, the lack of available workforce, etc. we have decided that the best course for us is to close. Sunday, October 17th will be our last day of service. We appreciate all that those of you who have been our faithful customers over these last few years have done for us. We hope that those of you who (especially at first) came once while we were super busy when we opened and then never came again will give the other multitude of places that open in Oak Park more chances, because it is not easy opening a restaurant. We hope it gets easier for those who follow us. We hope you will all join us this weekend to say goodbye. Thank you again and take care.

Our kitchen is back OPEN!!! We are back to our normal business hours starting today! Thank you all for your patience and support while the kitchen was down.

P.S. Trivia is still scheduled for tonite at 8pm!!

Our kitchen will be closed until Tuesday, but we will be open for drinks during our normal hours. If you want, you can bring in food from elsewhere, especially our friends and neighbors at George’s.
