The Terrace Wine Bar & Bistro located in the Harborside Village Mall downtown Oak Harbor, Enter from Pioneer Way or our private parking lot on Fidalgo Ave. We feature fine wines from around the world including the noble varietals and the rare ones aswell. Gourmet cheese, smoked salmon Duck pate' are a few of the lite items offered. We also have 3 craft beers selections on tap and much more in bott

The terrace Wine Bar & Bistro is perfect for any reason, After work to relax, before going out to dinner and after for a Irish Coffee or Relaxing nitecap. Our Fireplace room is the perfect place to unwind, socialize or read a book. We are available for private parties, corporate events or receptions.

Merry Christmas everyone. The wine bar will be open Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Then Tuesday to New years eve next week but closing early of New years eve. That will be my last day at the wine bar. If you have gift certificates please use then ASAP.
I hear someone will be leasing the space starting in February with something similar to what the wine bar was.
I hope to see you all before my time there is over. Thanks to everyone for having made it possible, successful and enjoyable.

We will be closed to the public and doors will open at 6:30 pm for ticket holders only. This event is open seating. Please note that all seats are sold out and you might have to sit next to someone you do not know. Please be respectful. If there is a table and it has 6 chairs but your party has 4 then you will have a group of two people seating with you. All seats available will have a person seating there.
