Blind pours are back for Labour Day Weekend!

After the great response to last week’s blind pour flight, we’re switching things up with a completely different lineup this week plus a few super-limited pours that you won’t want to miss.

Three mystery pours, 1 oz each, served blind in Glencairn for $29. No names, no hints, just your palate and your best guess. The bottles stay hidden until you’ve had the chance to taste them.

Ben Holladay Distillery Ancient Cave Collection - Double Oaked

Aged 6 years, 8 months, this cask-strength bourbon starts with Holladay’s signature soft red wheat mash bill before receiving a secondary finish in a #3 char American oak barrel. Finished in Holladay’s historic 1837 Ancient Cave, the controlled 60°F environment allows the bourbon to develop deeper layers of oak, vanilla, caramel, and baking spice.

From rich Mexican Vanilla finished in Buffalo Trace Distillery's Stagg Bourbon casks, to tropical Coconut Rum & Raspberry Brandy - Sweet Kitty, a Double Oaked Buffalo Trace Distillery's Eagle Rare finish, and our Wisconsin-inspired Old Fashioned Rye finished in Orange Liqueur & Cherry Brandy casks, each bottle tells its own story.
