Faces of Fireside: Meet Erica, Fireside General Manager

Erica has been part of the Fireside and Showplace family for over 12 years, growing from bartender to server to manager, proudly leading the team. 👊🏻

What she loves most about the job is the people — from the coworkers she’s built lasting relationships with to the guests who have become familiar regulars over the years. She also enjoys that no two days are ever the same, always bringing something new and exciting. 🤩

When it comes to favorites, Erica’s top menu pick is the burger, paired perfectly with one of her go-to drinks: a Quattro on the rocks, a good ole classic Margarita, or an Old Fashioned — all served right here at Fireside. 🍔🥃

What she’s looking forward to most is the return of the summer concert series and the fun, lively atmosphere it brings each year! 🎶
