Tonight the Chefs Table celebrated 2 special events. Our niece’s 22 birthday and our daughter found her wedding gown. What a great day. To celebrate this day, we made crepes with lemon mascarpone filling and a blueberry and strawberry compote. We’re in love with the colors of this beautiful dessert.

Tonight was a wonderful birthday celebration. The featured dish was a pan fried Chilean See Bass with charred baby bak choy, cilantro lime rice, and a coconut curry broth. Crispy, buttery, sweet, and a little bit of heat. This one checked all of the boxes.
