Yesterday, Chef Dylan and Food & Beverage Director Jason Burgoone stopped by WJR Radio ’s Monday Munchies to give the team a taste of our new farm-to-table fall menu live on air!

From seasonal flavors and thoughtfully curated dishes to beautiful presentation, our fall menu is made to be enjoyed from the first bite to the last.

We’re excited to welcome Chef Dylan Edwards as the new Executive Chef at Toasted Oak Grill & Market!

Chef Dylan began cooking at 14 alongside his father, starting a career that would take him throughout Detroit and into Chicago’s acclaimed culinary scene. He helped open The Apparatus Room and later worked at Acadia, Ever, and Smyth — all three two-Michelin-starred restaurants during his time there.

Now, he’s bringing that experience back to Michigan with a focus on local farms, wild ingredients, Michigan purveyors, and sustainable sourcing. We’re thrilled to have Chef Dylan leading our kitchen and can’t wait for you to see what he’s creating!

🥃 One of our favorites at Toasted Oak Grill & Market: Star Hill Farm American Wheat Whiskey.

Locally grown and farmed to showcase the influence of the land, this 2026 release is an American Wheat Whiskey made with 27% wheat, 62% malted wheat and 11% malted barley. At 58.2% ABV (116.4 proof), it’s a bold pour with a story rooted in the farm.
