The first Brewpub to come to Norwich, Connecticut, These Guys Brewing Company LLC opened our doors August 14, 2015 on Franklin Street. On January 29, 2025 we moved to our new location at the Marina at American Wharf. Stop in and sample some of our house-brewed beer or other libations from our full bar while you are enjoying upscale pub food with a foodie flare. We look forward to seeing you all.

Another one of our favorite seasonal workers is off to school! 🎓

We were so lucky to have had Cooper with us this summer, and we’re going to miss his weather expertise, and fun energy in the kitchen. ☀️

Cooper is off to become a pilot, and we can’t wait to look up one day and see him flying over the wharf! ✈️🌊

Our Morgan girl is back for a celebrity weekend visit! 💕 After heading back to North Carolina to continue her nursing studies, she’s home with us for a little weekend fun!

This was Morgan’s second summer with us at TGBC, and we feel so lucky to have her as part of our team! 🥰 You can find her today delivering our weekend specials right to your table.

Our rich, hearty Bolognese is made with fresh hamburger and pork from Cook Hill Farm in Lebanon, making this dish extra special to us. Topped with a burrata cheese ball for creamy richness❤️

We’re going to miss our London girl as she heads off to Springfield College to begin her journey in athletic training! 💙

She promises she’ll be home throughout the fall and winter seasons to make a guest appearance here on the wharf, and we’ll definitely be holding her to that! She’ll be missed, but we know she’s going to absolutely kill it at school! 🎓🏃‍♀️

If you didn’t know yet, our Anniversary Ale is ON TAP! 🎉 This refreshing ale is brewed with coriander and orange peel for the perfect citrusy, crushable brew. We only brew this b**r once a year to celebrate our anniversary of being open, so be sure to enjoy a pour while you can!
