WHO IS CHEF ASDRUBAL
At the age of 31, in 1998 Chef Asdrubal pioneered the Latin Fusion movement in Stamford, CT. Brasitas Restaurant became a staple for quality latin fused food in Fairfield County. Influencing from his years as Head Chef at the Norwalk Inn, Sous Chef at Rowayton Seafood, Chef Asdruval has not only developed his cooking resume but has created a culture of latin food lovers for generations to come.
