Your coffee has two dates on the bag. The expiration date is basically irrelevant. The roast date is what actually matters.
It tells you when the coffee was made. Two to four weeks off roast is the sweet spot for most brew methods. After that it doesn’t go bad, it just gets flat.
Most bags won’t show a roast date. That says something. Ours does.

We’re hiring a Cart Lead & Retail Manager. You’ll run the coffee cart, handle client communication, and represent Actual Coffee at events.
~15 hrs/week. Weekends required. Room to grow.

I made a deal with my boss.

50,000 views and Lance has to go skydiving. He already said yes. That’s on him.

Lance has been roasting coffee since 2012. Supplies 60-plus partners across northwest Ohio. And has subjected me to his daily standup routine for longer than I care to admit.
