16 fl oz / $7

Blue Gold is back! This base beer is a simple grist of pilsner and wheat malts, lightly hopped with US Cascade, and fermented clean with a classic American yeast strain. Post fermentation took the batch and dosed it with over 90 lbs of blueberry puree and juice. It's juicy, fruit forward, really crushable and super drinkable.

"Scarlet" 🪻
Fruited Sour Ale
5.0% abv
Black Currant, Lemon, Hibiscus Flowers

We continue our sour beer series with a new one to us, Scarlet! The base of this beer is comprised of a mix of pilsner and wheat malts, it is lightly hopped with US cascade and then fermented with a unique yeast that produces lactic acid while fermenting out the beer. Post fermentation we condition the beer on a blend of Black Currant and Lemon puree at a ratio of 2 lbs per gallon of beer. We also added a whole lot of Whole Hibiscus flowers to the conditioning tank to contribute some more tartness and color. It is super bright, acidic, lemony, red and perfect for a hot summer day.

"Nitro Breakfast Ball" 🍊
Fruited New England IPA
5.8% abv
Navel Orange Puree & Tangerine Puree

This is a unique one for us. We took a basic New England IPA brewed with a blend of citrus forward hops and further conditioned it on orange puree and tangerine puree and then gave it our nitro treatment, for a smooth, soft, creamy and fruit forward flavor and body. It is almost like a beer mimosa but way more crushable. We only produced a single keg of this wild offering due to the high fruit content. Here's to breakfast beers! ‼️
