September 12th. A new holiday.

Let’s all go back to September 12, 2001. Where a nation became a neighborhood and the world actually liked New York. A time where race, creed, color, and politics didn’t matter. A time where we genuinely cared when people asked “how you doing?”and “have a great day”. Let’s make this our own holiday and start a tradition that the younger generation will appreciate more rather than tell the men and women who built this country what they did wrong. It’s time to educate people that it’s ok to agree to disagree and have a b**r together.

Let’s make this a day where we post positive things and bring back the basics of please and thank you and put smiles on our faces. Even if it’s for a day let’s start from there and make September 12th a day we appreciate.

IT’S PARADE DAY IN NORTH WILDWOOD!

The wait is over! 14 String Bands are ready to bring the sights, sounds, and unmistakable strut of the Mummers to Olde New Jersey Avenue for the 2026 New Year’s in North Wildwood Parade!

🕔 Step-off: 5 PM
📍 Olde New Jersey Avenue
➡️ Beginning at 2nd Street and concluding at Spruce Avenue
🎟️ FREE to attend!
